Since October 2003 TRAC has been working with key national stakeholders to implement training and educational policy, improve quality and provide support to a broad range of educational providers in the post 16 age range.
Based in Warwick, TRAC is a specialist national training provider offering training solutions to companies across the UK and China.
In 2010 , we were approached by a number of employers to provide a solutions based approach to address a range of key performance indicators. We took this opportunity to develop a range of options which take advantage of the current need to bring together successful public and private sector working practices to address budget deficit, support, compliance, succession planning and the need to build capacity within the workplace.
Over the last 6 years, we have helped over 3000 young people secure full time permanent positions or gain promotion in their employment.
85% of employers in the Retail ‘Standard Industrial Classification’ (SIC) sector stated they would recommend TRAC to another employer seeking similar training.
Employers indicated: ‘flexibility to meet employers needs’, ‘the professionalism of our staff’ and recognition that the ‘training reflects up-to-date practices in the sector’.
